Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select Indian pin codes.

A shipping charge of ₹50 will be applicable on all COD orders.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse through trusted courier partners across India.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Domestic Orders: 5–14 business days

Orders are generally delivered between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, you may authorize a family member, colleague, neighbor, or another trusted person to receive the package on your behalf. Yumile Soap will not be responsible for packages accepted by an alternate recipient.

Damaged or Missing Items

Any claims regarding damaged products, incorrect items, or shortages must be reported to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on product type, packaging, weight, volume, destination, and other logistical factors.

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Quantity Restrictions

Customers may purchase a maximum of 5 units per product (SKU) through the website.

Bulk Orders & Additional Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹5,000 or shipments exceeding 6 kg may attract additional shipping charges, which will be communicated before dispatch.

Free Gift Policy

Free gifts are provided only as per the applicable promotional offer.

In case multiple free gifts are added due to a technical issue, Yumile Soap reserves the right to:

  • Limit the order to one eligible free gift per order, or

  • Cancel and refund the order if necessary.

Right to Cancel Orders

Yumile Soap reserves the right to hold, cancel, or refund any order that:

  • Exceeds the permitted quantity limits

  • Appears to be placed for unauthorized resale purposes

  • Contains incorrect pricing due to technical errors

  • Violates any promotional or offer terms

  • Cannot be fulfilled due to stock or operational constraints
